Potisk z ramen, ena ponovitev na minuto, 10 minut @ 35 kg. 
Komentar: ubijalsko in ne bi šlo višje, kot to.

		<description><![CDATA[Danes popoldan najprej nekaj počepov:
3 x 65 kg
3 x 72.5 kg
3 x 77.5 kg
Madoniš dobro se je čutilo tole počepovanje. Zanimivo mi je, ker sem kakšen teden zelo zanič, spet drugič pa presenetim samo sebe.
Nato še MetCon, pobran z glavne strani,  malenkost prilagojen:
1 krog izpadnih korakov na letnem telovadišču.
16.18 minut in 365 korakov.

5.10.2008 sem že delala ta trening, teža je bila 23 kg, čas pa 15.50.
Kul!  
Drugače pa sem bila zadnji teden brez treningov. Zelo zasedena + ne najpogostejši obroki + prehlad.

10-8-6-4-2 nalogov v počep s švungom (Squat Clean Thrusters, 25 kg)
v alternaciji s
25-20-15-10-5 dvojnimi kolebanji.
Čas: 9.44.
Že med ogrevanjem sem čutila, da bo tole bolelo, še sploh na moj prazen želodec.
